I did not realise my own strength, and how powerful my voice could be to empower, uplift, inspire and encourage others to make a change. I now want to help others to remember that you have a voice to be heard and to be proud of who you are and smile at the world. I'm sure making this mission the world will smile alongside as I want to always be remembered for the one that stood and had the confidence and strength to be heard.
My biggest take away from the Role Model Summit was that anyone can be a role model. I really was encouraged by all the amazing speakers sharing their life experiences. This taught me that if you believe in yourself and make the choice to be a role model you can make a change in your life and others too. I am going to be more kind to myself and give more compliments. After the exercise about writing something about ourselfves I noticed I have been to negative to myself.
1. Our biggest takeaway was how inspiring it was to be surrounded by so many talented young people. It was amazing to see everyone come together as one and support each other.
2. We felt even more inspired, and being around passionate, like-minded individuals reminded us why supporting the next generation through our work too is so important.

My biggest takeaway was the power of authenticity. The summit reinforced that true leadership and impact come from owning your story fully and showing up as yourself — not a polished version, but a real one. Being surrounded by so many inspiring, purpose-driven people was incredibly grounding and motivating. I noticed a renewed sense of clarity and confidence. I left feeling more aligned with my purpose and more intentional about how I show up - both personally and professionally. It reminded me to trust my voice, take bold action, and lead with heart.
My biggest takeaway from the role model summit was how much confidence it brought my son within one day.Changes I noticed after the conference was definitely my mood uplifted, my purpose was so clear, I watched how I was responding, myself in conversations even on a daily and now I feel happy and heard.I’d 100000% recommend and already doing so!!

One parent or guardian is encouraged to join as there is a dedicated workshop is included for them during the summit.
What age range is the summit designed for?
The summit is designed for age 13+ years.
Is food provided during the event?
Refreshments will be available and very light snacks only. Please ensure you have breakfast before arriving.
Can more than one teenager come from the same family?
Yes, they can.
Where is the parking located?
Free parking is available at the back of the Mattioli Arena. Just inform the gate staff that you are attending the Role Model Summit.
Is there wheelchair access available at the venue?
Yes, there is a lift available for accessing the Role Model Summit.
